G-something completed this project in Knightsbridge London, for an investor. From concept to completion, handling everything from design to construction. The brief was to renovate a beautiful Grade II listed property, into a luxury rental space, which would enable the client to receive a healthy yield from their investment. The most important thing for G-something was to respect the history and the charm of the property. With a heritage palette of colours, we created a unique and timeless space, that will stand the test of time. We also curated a selection of unique vintage, and mid-century pieces, which blended seamlessly with contemporary furniture and art. The project successfully achieved our clients expectations.
